Mercedes-AMG says its new Mercedes-branded seats are better than the standard ones on offer in the UK.
The company says the seats have “much improved performance and feel, while also delivering a comfortable fit.”
The company’s new Mercedes seats have a wider base, and the centre-back support “gives a lot more stability to the lower back,” it says.
It also says the new seats are now available with higher levels of comfort.
In a statement, Mercedes says it’s working to provide a better fit for customers who may be travelling on a range of different types of transport.
“As part of the new Mercedes initiative, the brand will offer a new range of seats that are more flexible in use, and provide greater comfort and mobility to the customer,” it said.
“These new seats will be offered in all markets and are available now, at no additional cost.”
Doona’s new seats also offer “a more comfortable fit, with a greater degree of support and support with a wider back”, the company said.
It added that the seats can be adjusted in the centre of the car, so the customer can be more in-sync with the vehicle’s movements.
The company also said the seats were now “available with the highest levels of support”.
